MIssions is our mission
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:19-20 (NIV)
Here at De Soto Christian Church, we believe missions is the mission of the Church and we want to be found faithful in spreading the Name of Jesus near and far. We strive to have a well-rounded missions ministry by supporting those missions that care for our local community and those that provide for needs and services throughout our nation and our world.
Ten percent of all money collected through our General Fund through tithes and offerings goes straight to the missions, ministries and missionaries listed below. Another way that we fund our missions giving is through paper recycling. More information on all of our programs including paper recycling can be found below.
